Juli-Ann Hines
Hi, my name is Juli-Ann Hines. I grew up in Fox Lake, Illinois — a small lakeside town where I spent my days riding my bike, exploring the outdoors, and belting out “Bye Bye Miss American Pie” on giant swing sets with my best friend Becky. Those early years shaped who I am today: grounded, spirited, and full of heart. When I was nine, my family moved to Arlington Heights in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, but it’s Fox Lake that holds the fondest memories.
Years later, in 2004, I started my career in real estate. As I worked on homes across Florida, I watched the real estate market change — and not always for the better. Too often, I saw homes listed in poor condition: dirty, unstaged, and in need of basic repairs — yet listed at premium prices. As a licensed Realtor and broker, I couldn’t stand behind that approach. I knew homeowners deserved better.
That’s why I combined all of my experience — as a licensed roofing contractor, real estate broker, and renovation company owner — to create Jewels of Florida. My mission is to help homeowners unlock their home’s true potential and maximize their equity by offering bundled services: smart repairs, thoughtful staging, and honest pricing that reflects real value.
